We investigated various firms when deciding which process and which company to employ to lift our house. YSS is led by a university-trained engineer who was able to understand our lifting needs, and able to explain his proposed solution in an understandable way. He and his sales representative were willing and able to answer our questions, and to consider our suggestions. We were able to understand their proposal. Besides that their price was competitive. We are pleased they provide a 25-year-long guarantee, that is transferrable should we sell the house. And, a huge factor causing us to choose YSS is them being a "one-stop solution"
