Customer Relations Specialist

Yellowstone Structural Systems is a regional leader in foundation repair, waterproofing, concrete repair, and the geotechnical construction industry, and we are looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to join our growing team. What You Would Do:

  • Answer inbound calls and reach out to customers that have requested our services
  • Conduct friendly, fact-finding conversations with customers and set inspection appointments
  • Manage the schedule of appointments to ensure they are scheduled within set guidelines
  • Represent YSS by setting a professional, service-focused tone for every customer
  • Direct calls and requests to appropriate team member(s)
  • Keep customer and company records current, and accurate
  • Provide tactical support including organization, creation of spreadsheets, filing, copying, printing, mailing, and more
  • Learn how each aspect of our company functions in order to provide well-rounded information to customers, team members, and potential employees


What We Need for this Role:

  • 1+ years of experience in the customer service field preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role preferred
  • Inbound lead experience preferred
  • Extraordinary telephone and interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter comfortable working independently
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • A team player with a desire to continuously learn, grow, and improve
  • Proficiency in, and adaptability to, computer programs and apps (prefer exp with salesforce)
  • Sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Must live in or near Belgrade/Bozeman Montana
